This project involved the AV fit-out of grade A office space in a gold LEED standard building. Tailored AV system designs were implemented in a series of formal and informal meeting rooms, large scale collaboration areas, booth huddle spaces, Reception area and Restaurant.

Large scale collaboration spaces have been equipped with flexible presentation and conferencing facilities comprising of Sony Ultra HD 4k professional displays, Poly video conferencing, Crestron room control, fully integrated Extron, Shure and QSC audio and Kramer VIA Go wireless presentation.

Small-scale formal and informal meeting rooms have varying interior design but feature similar presentation systems for consistency and optimum user-friendliness. Sony Ultra HD 4k Professional Displays, Kramer VIA Go wireless presentation systems and specialist Top-Tec Synergy Quad Collaborative Tables are installed.

Maximising office space flexibility, the Restaurant has been equipped with full presentation and conference facilities. Sony 4k HDR displays, Crestron room control, Extron and QSC audio, Audio Technica microphones, Kramer VIA Go wireless presentation and a custom lectern have been installed in this space.
